Wedding Piano for Alli Pfeifle

Please do not share this campaign on Facebook. It's a surprise gift!

Since graduating last May, Alli Pfeifle has been serving as a math teacher at a Christian school in Ohio, serving her church through playing the piano, and, of course, eagerly awaiting her upcoming wedding to Steven Woodard which is now just a few short weeks away on May 26th, 2018.

After their wedding in Ohio, Alli and Steven will be living in a small apartment near the school. God has graciously provided many of their needs for standard household goods. Like many underpaid teachers, Alli has dedicated a significant portion of her income for classroom supplies and for saving up to pay for the final three classes she needs to complete her Music Education certification. She will be taking two classes this summer, and she hopes this certification will broaden her ability to serve in school systems, hoping to serve the Lord in a public school someday using both her math and music training.

Because of Alli’s sacrifices for her class and to remain debt free, she still lacks the one thing that would help her accomplish these goals – a piano. Alli has spent her whole life developing her musical talents, and everywhere she goes she has displayed a passion for serving the Lord through musical ministry. She has been a pianist for three churches and for a camp, has sung in many church and university choirs, and spent a semester ministering on a BJU musical ministry team. Because she will need to practice for her classes, for playing at church, and to retain the skills that God allowed her to develop while studying at BJU, having daily access to a piano is vital. Can you imagine Alli without a piano? I know that I cannot.

However, I know that she has touched countless lives with her constant devotion to serving the Lord and to praising Him through song. Together, I believe that we can bless Alli by filling this need as she continues to develop her skills to continue serving the Lord in the years to come.

Living in an apartment, Alli will need a keyboard-style piano to avoid disturbing her neighbors, and I want to her to have one that will last many years. A good, full keyboard can cost a lot of money, but I know that Alli has a lot of good friends who love her.

Would you be willing to partner with more than fifty of Alli’s friends and mentors and be a part of giving Alli a good keyboard as a surprise wedding present? The fundraising goal for this keyboard is only $1,500, though her piano skills warrant a piano worth much more than that. I know that Alli will appreciate every gift given, no matter the size. If each person I contact gave only $20, we could buy her a good keyboard that will last for years to come. The more money we raise, the better piano we can buy her.

If you are willing to join together and help reach this goal of blessing this young lady who has impacted our lives as a student, a choir member, a servant, and a friend, please donate today.

Remember it's a surprise! Shhhh. :)
