Help Sue Beat Cancer

Donation protected
My sister Sue was diagnosed with Salivary Gland Cancer in Spring of 2012. Salivary gland cancers are not very common. They account for less than 1% of cancers in the United States.

Sue had surgery to remove the tumor in June, but only 75% could be removed because the tumor is wrapped around her facial nerves. Her best chance of successful treatment is Neutron Therapy, a type of radiation therapy that is only offered in 3 locations in the USA. She has been accepted to the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance in Seattle Washington. Treatment begins at the end of July and lasts for a month.

Certainly she will need all the support and love she get get from friends and family, but we also need to raise money to help her beat this. We need funds to cover medical & dental expenses, and her living expenses in Seattle. Everyone in our family is pitching in but we could really use support from anyone who can help.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please contact me if you would like to donate but are not comfortable doing it online.
