We DID buy my house!!!

I bought my house 12 years ago, with the help of friends. I am an autistic woman with 3 kids, 2 on the spectrum. I was in an abusive relationship, where I was coerced to add an additional $35,000 to my mortgage supposedly to make repairs. My husband actually damaged the house further...I tried to refinance, I tried to modify...

I spent two years in pre-foreclosure. The bank has refused to negotiate. They have disallowed income. They are only required to go through the process not to agree to a trial repayment.

The house is in an inner city neighborhoodod in upstate. I have 3 children living with me, my home has been open to people in crisis, I am in a complete panic now. My home will go up for sale on February 23. If I can come up with enough money, I can have someone buy it in a short sale. The house is assessed at about $50,000, and would probably sell for 35 or 40k, so immediately I need about $4,000. But what I need is actually someone who would be willing to hold papers, or enough money to buy it back in a short sale.

Any money that is raised will either go to help move me and the three children, dogs and three cats live with me or to save the house.

I hate to promote myself, but I have helped a lot of people, and now I'm asking for help in return. Or maybe not in return, maybe just because I know that the universe is gracious and maybe someone will see this and help.
