<div><strong>The challenge is simple:</strong>

<li><strong>Record yourself doing as many push-ups as you can in 15 seconds</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>Upload the video on Twitter and tag us by writing " Join our challenge or donate @web3pushup "</strong>
</li>
<li>(Optional) Challenge 3 friends to join in by tagging them

<div>Today web3 is filled with great communities doing their own things whether it's GMing, hanging out on discord, or trading like degens! But what could we actually do when we all come together to rally behind a great cause??

<div>Feeling inspired by many brave friends in web3 that openly share their experiences dealing with mental health, we wanted to contribute to the cause We decided to change things up and propose a physical challenge where we literally push ourselves up. Our hope is that this challenge will be an empowering and fun way to raise awareness for mental health
