WEAPON BINS FOR SAFER STREETS

Make a Difference
I have been fighting knife crime in the Sheffield with my anti-knife crime campaign #KEEPSHEFFIELDSTAINLESS for almost 3 years. I funded the UK's first ever portable knife amnesty bin myself. After seeing great success I am wanting to purchase 5 more to be strategically placed around the city: in an attempt to lower violent crime amongst young people . 

They are not just weapon bins, they are chances. Currently there are no safe options for people to dispose of their weapons. They either;
keep them, which increases the risk of use.
Or they throw them, leaving them to be used by someone else.

Additionally, they serve as a reminder that we do care and we are doing all we can to combat violent crime, especial amongst young people.
