In 2011, I was ' called ' I believe in my heart, to run for President of the United States. This decision to compete in 2011 came after much prayer. I have voted with an open mind and across political lines. Like millions of you,  I have experienced great displeasure with the conduct and behavior of both parties. As a Veteran, I feel  caught between two political forces. I am very confident of my purpose with this campaign based on my exceptional public, private and non-profit sector experiences, my personal constitution and Vision for our country. From these unique business and international experiences, a measure of wisdom  and humility has been gained. I am prepared to govern and lead from the center, fairly and with compassion. It is worth stating that my background has been investigated and examined several times for: attending Electronic Warfare training, managing classified DoD programs- first generation Stealth Program(RAM) and NASA's ablative coating system- STS 9-13. These clearances were granted from the Boston Investigative Agency.  We believe it is the duty of the government to do no harm. My core principles are conservative and based on the Constitution. My operational pillars are: to protect the spirit and the words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, to defend the sovereignty of the US at all cost, to insure freedom of the press and to educate the Electorate, and our children. These pillars are critical for a strong and free democracy.
Our Vision for the country is 'to transform and restore' the government by reducing costs, eliminating corruption, by adjudicating fraud, and to improve the integrity of our government by restoring honor; truth to power. The financial objective is to obtain a federal budget surplus and reduce the National Debt using the surplus. This noble effort to transform our government is granted in our promise given in The Declaration of Independence. And, this mandate to take action was proclaimed by the Speaker of the House on 3 January 2019 after the opening of the 116th Congress.
We participated in the 2011 election cycle; a remarkable and uplifting experience. We obtained positive interest and outcomes. We recently visited Keokuk, Iowa for our '2020 Rollout' at the Keokuk Gold Star American Legion, Post 41 including  a total of14 other cities in 5 states. It is always great to come home; wonderful Iowa City is my birthplace.
Your trust and generous donations to this campaign will be used  for campaign operations: to hire additional staff; to travel and visit activists, non-profits, farmers, evangelicals, and media in Iowa again for the Iowa State Fair; to meet with teachers, activists, and entrepreneurs in New Hampshire; to visit churches and Fort Jackson in Columbia, SC; and to go on patrol with Border Patrol in Nogales. The border must be secure. I hope to be able to see the border condition by nap of the earth flight. Our team building efforts have been inspirational. We have engaged experienced volunteer professionals who are committed to transform and restore our country. We believe that the benefits to you from our efforts and your gifts will encourage and inspire our youth for the future, lift up the middle class and millennials, and deliver hope and justice to the oppressed as a result of our servant leadership. We hear the pain from the resulting chaos, misrepresented deeds, and from those seeking equal justice under the law.

We are willing to provide quarterly After Action Reports of our results, and account for the uses of your gifts.  I am grateful for your trust, and I am very confident that you will be pleased with our values, personal conduct, and experienced, servant based leadership to lead this great Nation. We intend to create ideas to solve national and global problems. Our campaign motto is ' to serve, to strive, and not to yield'. You may visit our website to hear my personal declaration at Arlington National Cemetery and learn about my life, values and passion for this great country. Please do not miss the video; it means a lot.

In the past, I have sworn an oath of allegiance three times to protect this great Nation: once as a Volunteer entering  the Regular Army and serving in the ranks, and twice at West Point- once at Trophy Point as a Plebe, and at General Douglas McArthur Statue as a Commissioned Officer. These oaths do not have an expiration date.

Thank you for your trust.
