We stand together with Egal

One year ago Egal was diagnosed with Stage III Colon Cancer. Since being diagnosed, Egal has been unable to work. Hana, now being a full-time caregiver while still trying to work full time, trying to balance her daily schedule of Doctor appointments, treatments, and therapies, let alone just BEING THERE for her husband. It has been impossible to bring home a steady pay-check in order to support them and their home.
On February 20th, 2018 Egal underwent a major surgery to remove the section of the colon with the cancer along with nearby lymph nodes (partial colectomy) followed by adjuvant chemo. After the surgery, he will have a colostomy bag for the near future with the possibility of him having it for the rest of his life. This will change his, and his family’s life forever. During this time all his family members will stay by his side during the recovery which can take between months to years.
We are in need of any donations to help with medical expenses, medications, therapy and other support. With heavy hearts we are asking that you please help us help Egal and the Meidan family through this difficult time. We can make a difference so that the Meidan family can focus on Egal’s transition back to the happy, healthy, and joyous man we all know and love. Help bring the community back together, so the Meidan family can have their doors open and the lights on again. Egal is not a Dr., a lawyer, or business mogul, he simply is a man who is loyal to his family, friends, and community.
