<div>Hi, this is Chuck Blanchard, I am Lorraine‘s husband. We have been married for 57 years. Lorraine has had some very very serious medical problems in the last three weeks. And the problem started back in November with the discovery of cancer in her spinal column. And on Friday she almost died. We had to do an emergency transfer by ambulance from Manzanillo to Colima ICU at 2 o’clock in the morning.

<div>When we got here, they thought she may not make it through the day. She has had a very serious infection in her body that took over her whole body and started to shut her body down. As a result of this and because we are in Mexico right now, we need to pay all the bills in cash, and our current bank account is dwindling rapidly.

<div>We would appreciate any help. You might be able to give us to offset the very large costs that are going on. Since her cancer was first discovered in November, we have spent almost $80,000 in Canadian funds. and there’s a whole bunch more to go yet.
