We need a new Solar System

We are "La Escuela de la Conciencia Creativa“, a small non-profit organization founded in 2008 dedicated to building sustainable co-living eco-projects throughout Tenerife.

Our vision is to build a therapeutic and educational eco-center which will serve as a model and living reference for an integrative and symbiotic way of life with our natural environment. It is a space of research where we can teach, learn and share with each other all about sustainable living.

Current status of the project:

In the past 5 years, we have been tirelessly working with the lands, restoring the soil, creating an artistic-botanic garden with a great variety of trees and plants and basic eco-infrastructures for ourselves and volunteers to live on the grounds. We have been successfully organizing courses and consultations on the topics of permaculture, medicinal plants, ecological building and off-grid living.

As a lot of the groundwork has been done, we are now looking to transition into the next phase of the Serene Light Gardens project, which, among other things, includes increasing the installed energy capacity in order to meet the new energetic needs of the project.

The impact:

With the expansion of the solar energy production system, the increase of clean energy production capacity will quadruple (i.e. we will have 4x more powerful solar panels!), going from 660 W to 2460 W. At the same time, the new version of the long lasting batteries connected to the solar system will make the energy storage capacity two times bigger.
