<div>We are a family of five — my husband, our two young children, and myself — and we now find ourselves without a home, without belongings, and without even the basic essentials. It all happened so fast: the water came rushing into our home and within minutes destroyed our furniture, clothes, documents, and precious memories.

<div>Now we are facing the harsh reality of having to start from scratch.
