We lost everything even our pride

On August 25, 2020 we had movers come and pick up all of our belongings. We were told that we would receive our belongings on September 3rd, that day came and went. When we called back they said they had till the 14th. That day came and left. Then we were told legally they have 21 business days to deliver our belongings. That has now come and gone. After that I did some investigating turns out that we’re not the only victims of this supposed “moving company.”They are scammers and took $8,000 for the move and all our belongings. 

I’ve always been a hard worker in my life and have never ask for handouts. But this is killing me inside. I don’t even care about the clothes, our materialistic belongings.... but the pictures, my daughters first things with her baby book and our most precious possessions that are very valuable to us but not to others. These are the things that kill me inside. With filing a police report’s we were informed that our stuff is officially gone. It was probably sold to whoever and has gone wherever.

For the first time in my life I’m asking for help, not for myself but for my daughter. We only have a weeks worth of clothes, no furniture, no toys for her, books, down to even a stupid every day things that you take for granted such as dishes, utensils and a bed that’s not blow up.

I can’t even take these people to court, due to the fact that they have fully disappeared. I could care less for myself, but this is for my daughter.
