We Got Donald's Six

Donation protected
If you're lucky enough to know Donald, then you know just how much fun & wild it is to be around him. From his weird facial expressions to even weirder smart remarks, you can't help but love him. Unless you're me, his annoying little sister that everyone tells you that you & him are exactly alike, then you sometimes pull out a WWE move & wrestle him down because he annoys you!

Flashback to 31 years ago, the first blonde babe of DJ & Cindy. They knew right away he was gonna be a wild monster! Especially when Billy came 18 months later, Donald permanently had someone to terrorize and blame everything on. He really was the epitome of an older brother. A short 5 years later I came along & now they BOTH had a personal punching bag! From dragging each other down the hall by our legs as fast as we could, or climbing the ' Mountain of Doom ' at camp with our favorite cousin Lindsay, you would always find us outside.

That went on to him playing baseball & being an awesome pitcher (thanks to those lanky limbs!) and always riding his bike somewhere.

He went on to graduate with an electrical degree (that of course he never needed to study for) to landing a great job! And like I said, if you know Donald , he always needs a challenge.. which eventually lead to making the decision to join the United States Navy on November 7, 2007.

He successfully graduated from Boot Camp on a chilly day in January 2008. Did I mention we drove all the way to Illinois and didn't hit a FLAKE of snow ?! We were all so proud of him that day, he looked so handsome in his blues!

He successfully completed tours to Japan to help the Tsunami victims, encountered the news covered submarine crash, & even got Sailor of the Quarter Award! He would write and call as much as he could, send magnets from all of his destinations, & even fabolous camel statues!

He dedicated 7 years of his life to protect and serve our country so we can all sleep safe at night.

Not only did he learn life lessons, get tattoos in Japan, & see the most darkness humanly possible at night on the ocean, he met the love of his life Bianca.

Come 2014 they were both safe and sound back home in Pittsburgh and they have begun to start their life. Their work ethic blessed them with the opportunity to buy their dream home, an old farm house over 100 years old on an acre of land. He successfully landed a job with a fabolous company where he, of course , got quickly promoted.

On Wednesday, August 16th, everything changed drastically. Donald was driven home by the good graces of co workers because he had fallen ill to a still unknown cause. In result, he has severe nerve, skin, muscle, and tissue damage to his right arm.

They've removed over 30 CM of dead skin, some tricep muscle, and will continue to remove anything that has unfortunately died on his right arm.

We got a lot of work to do, but with everyone's help, we can ease his worry of the mail that'll come everyday... so please.. anything will help when we need it the most
