WE Conference and March

The Women’s Empowerment Conference and March will be hosting two exciting events in January 2019. On Saturday, January 12, 2019 we will host the Women’s Empowerment Conference. The following week on Saturday, January 19, 2019, we will be hosting the Women’s March in Albany.

Our goal in hosting both a Women’s Empowerment Conference and March is to continue the momentum of the historic Women’s Marches. Whether it is the selection of our speakers or the collaborative workshops we are offering, our aim is to strengthen the coalition between a diverse intersectional community of women, men, and gender non-binary individuals within the Capital District of New York.

The Women’s Empowerment Conference and March is FREE.  However, we would greatly appreciate any and all contributions to help defray the costs of these events, such as food for attendees and sound system for the march. We want to make these historic events accessible to all: any contributions given would go a long way in making that happen.
