We can't lose our Art Center!

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit The Arts Center, aka, Randolph County Community Arts Council, Inc., and every donation is important.
In our rural, Appalachian community, our Arts Center makes a huge impact on the lives of people of all ages. It brings culture to our small town and opens up the eyes and hearts of our kids to the arts in ways that wouldn't be possible without the center. We enjoy art exhibitions, arts classes, featured musical artists, theatrical performances, many of which are free to the public, and so much more. The arts are vital to all ages and The Art Center brings the beauty of art to our schools and our community in so many ways.
With the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, funding for the center is in jeopardy. The Arts Center has cancelled numerous art classes, after school programs, fundraisers, private and public events, free monthly concerts, and performances. The summer program is also in jeopardy. This affects the arts center, but also the artists and performers.
These massive cancellations have put our arts program at serious risk. Staff, artists, musicians and our community that enjoys these amazing arts could lose our arts center. This can't happen! If the program closes, it will be difficult to recapture and the loss to our community would be HUGE! Our goal is to raise the funds necessary to keep the doors open for two months--until, hopefully, we are past the peak of
the Covid-19 crisis and can begin to regain some normalcy.
