We Are The Great Turning dives deep into Macy's renowned "Work That Reconnects" - her transformative teachings on how we can navigate feelings like fear and grief, rediscover our profound connection with life, and stay in action to create a more just and life-sustaining world.

Launching on Earth Day 2024 in partnership with Sounds True, the primary goal of the podcast is to bring Joanna's seven decades of eco-spiritual wisdom to the hearts and minds of the climate movement. This is why Jess is fundraising to run a targeted "Impact Campaign" over the crucial 10-week launch period.

These funds will allow her to leverage her 15+ years of climate movement connections to ensure this timely podcast reaches the people who need this wisdom the most:

Creating bonus podcast episodes with guided exercises so listeners can experience the Work That Reconnects at home.

Building an online toolkit with exercises, discussion prompts, and resources for listeners to host "podcast clubs" and bring the themes deeper into their lives and relationships.

Securing cross-promotional partnerships with other climate podcasts/organizations to expand our audience.

Extensive social media promotion tapping Jess’s wide-ranging movement network.

Hosting launch party events in Berkeley and Brooklyn to celebrate Joanna’s legacy.

By mainstreaming Joanna’s profound wisdom and tools for spiritual resilience, this impact campaign aims to uplift and nourish the movement builders who are ushering in the Great Turning.
