URGENT APPEAL TO BUY FIRE FIGHTER FOR BELEDWEYNE

On Tuesday 14th July, there was a tragic plane crash at Beledweyne Airstrip which locals tried their best to contain the flames from the burning plane. They risked their lives by climbing onto the plane while using buckets of water in an attempt to put out the fire in vain.

This incident has exposed that emergency services in Beledweyne are in extremely desperate need of the necessary tools to extinguish a fire. This Go Fund Me is asking for your contribution to purchase fire extinguishers for the people of Beledweyne, so if such an incident was to occur again, they would stand a chance rather than risk lives further by having to use buckets of water on close proximity to a growing fire.

It is very upsetting that if another fire broke out in Beledweyne, at present, it is almost impossible to save any lives.
