- we came to ask for a little more help on Saturday the 27th of February we called easyJet to find out if the return flight on the 3rd of March was still active and they said yes so we scheduled our covid tests for the 28th of February at 5:30 pm to be within 72h we went to do the tests and as soon we got home we received notification from easyJet that the flight was canceled at 18h08m we called easyJet to ask for clarification because we had just finished the tests we asked for a refund easyJet says it does not give refunds of the tests because the company does not ask for PRC tests the UK Government requests the tests to travel and we lost 160 pounds with this and nobody wants to take responsibility we are trying to see another trip but we ran out of money to be able to carry out new tests Covid we are not getting a direct flight to PORTUGAL we will have to make stopovers and buy another trip.......... We are a couple of Portuguese who traveled to the United Kingdom on December 18, 2020 in search of a job but due to the blockade we did not get anything the little money we had ended up we cannot stay in the house we were received without being able to help is not frustration is too easy. We want to go back to our country where we left our son, we asked for help with the trips for Covid's tests and some transportation to the airport we only have flights in March. Very grateful for the attention
