Noah’s emergency surgery

Noah was having an abdominal ultrasound today, due to vomiting. They have found a foreign object lodged in his intestines and he requires immediate surgery. The surgery is at least 5,000, including hospitalization and after care. There is also no guarantee he will make it through surgery, but I can’t give up on him.
