<div>I am a member of The League of Women Voters Woodbury-Cottage Grove Area (<a href="https://www.lwvwcg.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">LWV WCGA</a>), a 501(c)(3) organization. Our League has launched its Annual Fundraising Campaign, to be held February 1-28, 2023. Our goal is to raise $5,500 for program expenses.

<div>LWV WCGA has been working to <strong>Empower Voters</strong> and <strong>Defend Democracy</strong> for more than 50 years. We are part of the League of Women Voters (<a href="https://www.lwv.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">LWV</a>) a 103-year-old nonpartisan grass-roots organization that grew out of 80 years of protest during the women’s suffrage movement.

Community outreach at events like Woodbury Days, Strawberry Days, and Juneteenth allow us to reach hundreds of people and support voter registration drives.
