Calese’s surgery

My name is Calese, I am fourteen years old.  I am tentatively scheduled to have major scoliosis surgery on May 4th 2018.  I do have insurance. My Orthopedic doctor accepts my insurance; but the Thoracic surgeon working with him does not accept any insurance and his fee is $8,000 dollars. My goal is to raise this amount so I can have this much needed surgery for a better quality of life. My Orthopedic surgeon’s name is Dr. Baron Lonner. I have to lock in this date as soon as possible so I would like to have the funds within 3 weeks. I would TRULY appreciate all the help I can get.
