My divorce was unconstitutional by omitting due process and statutory law. I was married for 20 years and traveled the world with my ex-husband. He earned a retirement from the military while I cared for our family and home. The TEXAS trial court, Appellant Court and Supreme Court took my children, home and furnishings, all of the finances and awarded them to my ex-husband along with private property and I received $0.
November 29, 2007, I was ordered to begin paying my ex-husband on September 1, 2007 for my car payment, car insurance and 30% of a projected income for child support with medical payments until paid in full by my estate upon my death.
I have told my story to attorneys, judges, courts, politicians, and bureaucrats and all are in disbelief that this actually happened to me.
