AED for Wheelersburg Little League

As I am sure many of you have heard, recently a 12 year old boy from KY collapsed and went into cardiac arrest on the baseball field. With the help of paramedics close by and an AED his life was saved. Although it is rare that a young person go into cardiac arrest, it does happen. It is often caused by an unknown cardiac condition. I would like to think this will never happen at one of our fields, but I would rather be safe than sorry. Having an AED could save the lives of not only our children but possibly any friends, family, and coaches there supporting our kids. I have spoke to one of the Wheelersburg little league board members and the fundraising for an AED on sight at the fields has been approved! Please help me in raising the funds for this lifesaving device that should be present anywhere where sporting events take place. All donations will go to Wheelersburg little league to purchase the device. Any donation will help. Thanks in advance!
