Supporting our community and neighbours

Woodley & Bredbury Community Neighbours was set up last year and has supported hundreds of people across our community.

Together we are supporting and enhancing the daily lives of neighbours in our community. We have set up a phoneline to take calls from those most in need, helped with shopping, collected prescriptions, organised food donations for local families and more, all based on feedback from our neighbours. This will continue with exciting plans for 2021.

To reach more people, especially those without Internet access, we are delivering leaflets and setting up a network of Street Champions. These will support our neighbours and show that them a helping hand is available.

By donating, you will help us to reach more people in our community. No matter how small, your donation can make a huge difference. These donations could be used to print more leaflets, support the cost of our community helpline, reach more people online via Zoom, and much more.
