We have the opportunity to bless Pastor WB and his family as they prepare to participate in a program at the Cleveland Clinic in June.
Many of you know WB has dealt with back pain since he was a teenager. This is not the result of an accident or injury. Over the years, WB has sought numerous solutions to his pain with no avail.
In March of this year, WB and Holly met with a spine specialist in the Cleveland Clinic, at the recommendation of his local pain management doctor. He delivered great news that indicated WB's back is structurally and neurologically sound, with a few anomalies, and found nothing threatening to his spinal cord!
While in the Cleveland Clinic, WB and Holly learned about the Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Program offered, which is unique in that they take a multidisciplinary approach to pain. WB will have a team of physicians, nurses and therapists, all working together, to eliminate ineffective pain meds and reduce pain while restoring quality of life. This coupled with mandatory family involvement through counseling and group therapy will allow both Holly to gain a better ability to care for Wayne, herself and their children, and give WB a much better quality of life.
We are raising funds to help offset the costs of travelling, insurance co-pays and deductibles, and medical expenses not fully covered (i.e lab work, EKG's, and other necessary testing).
Please pray! Pray for safety in travelling. Holly will be taking their 5 children to TX, where extended family will care for them while she and WB are away. Pray for WB. Pray for relief and a breakthrough! Pray against anxiety. Pray for the staff who will interact with WB on a daily/weekly basis. GOD used Paul in prison...GOD can use WB in Cleveland, OH! We are not without hope. Hope keeps us going. Hope found in Jesus Christ. Thank you for sowing into this plan for WB. To GOD be all the glory! Amen.
