Wayne's Medical Expenses

I have been diagnosed with stage 4 liver disease and have accrued many thousands of dollars in medical bills. I just found out that I will be receiving COBRA coverage back dated to 6/1/2017, but we still have to pay 6 months worth of premiums up front. We are short on money and could really use the help.
