Safe Water For Cathy

Thank you so much to everyone who generously donated to this campaign! You literally saved Cathy's life!
This crisis is over for now. I was going to disable donations but I didn't really want to remove any avenue to help Cathy out, so will leave the campaign active and update the main fundraiser. Cathy still does need help with safe food, though.

Cathy has multiple severe/anaphylactic and airborne food allergies as well as severe chemical sensitivity, a severe/airborne latex allergy, environmental allergies, chronic lyme, and many many other sensitivities that keep her trapped in her home and limit her food choices so much that she is malnourished.
We have another funderaiser going to help get food and medical costs together for her, but this fundraiser is for an IMMEDIATE emergency. Due to her SEVERE chemical sensitivities, Cathy is having anaphylaxis to the water coming from her taps, even after it goes through her whole-house filter.
The money for this campaign is to:
1) Purchase several cases of the only water she can currently drink safely - Mountain Valley Spring Water in a glass bottle. This stuff is expensive to use exclusively for not only drinking but also washing dishes and produce, but plastic bottles are not an option.
2) Once we identify a filter that is latex free (harder than it sounds so far), any extra funds will go towards purchasing that filter system. Depending on how long it takes for her to find a safe filter that actually removes the allergens from her water, there may not be any extra money left over.
