Clean Water for Puerto Rico

More than 1.2 million people are without drinkable water in Puerto Rico.

Three weeks after Hurricane Maria and still No Power, No Water.

Help me bring essential supplies for clean water to families in Puerto Rico, and protect them from diseases that often occur after the loss of infrastructure and the disruption of a safe water supply.

*When? Immediately.
I'm in Puerto Rico today, working with teams to distribute water, food, solar lamps, medical supplies, and clothes.

*How? Donate Today.
Every little bit helps. $20 filters over 1000 liters (264 gallons) of drinkable water, and buys a lot of rice and beans!

Can you remember a time when you had no water? No power? No internet or phone service?

Imagine surviving with No Power and No Water, and neither expected to be fully restored for months.

Imagine if you had to shower in a nearby stream every day

Imagine if you had to collect drinking water every day.

And then return to your hurricane destroyed home.

My family and millions of people in Puerto Rico need your help.

Donate Today to help me bring Clean Water to Puerto Rico.

*When? Immediately.
I'm in Puerto Rico today, working with teams to distribute water, food, solar lamps, medical supplies, and clothes.

*How Much? Every little bit helps.
$20 filters over 1000 liters (264 gallons) of drinkable water, and buys a lot of rice and beans!

*Where's your money going?
To purchase, and distribute water filters and purification tablets to people in desperate need of clean water.

$1,000 was an estimated minimum goal to cover what I already bought:
~$500 Water Purification filters and tablets.
~$500 Round trip flight from San Francisco to San Juan.

Since we crushed $1,000 in 4 days, and $2,000 in 2 weeks, let's keep it going and raise $3,000 to support AMURT & the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez.

Immeditate funds go to:

~ Bottled water
~ Food: rice, beans, canned goods
~ Medical supplies, female personal care items
~ Solar powered lamps and other items purchased for distribution by  AMURT (Ananda Marga Universal Relief Team). **If you prefer to  receive a tax-deductible donation you can donate directly to AMURT.

*When I get back to the US I'll update photo's and a list of all the supplies your funds went to.

Donate Today to help me bring Clean Water and essential supplies to Puerto Rico.

and consider contributing.

Thanks so much. Every small donation has a huge impact!
