www.awaterkioskatschool.com ITF (International Transformation Foundation) humbly requests any size donations in our initiative to provide access to clean water across Rwanda and Kenya's rural communities. We ask you to join, donate and share our campaign to provide water kiosks in the schools of Kenya, benefiting over 4815 students and 73087 people among the general community. Your donation could aid in providing the public with clean tap water, improved sanitation and promote healthy habits.
As a group of young students who simply want to make a difference in the world, we believe we have the resources and talents to put our vision in motion, however we lack the financial support to support our ambitions.
In Rwanda, Kenya and many other African countries school-going children have to walk long distances just to secure mildly clean water for their families. This commonly results in school absences and dropping out entirely, due to children acquiring this water before, during and after school. Most communities do not have a working tap water system at all, prompting children and women to walk at least 6 kilometers to fetch water from neighboring communities’ wells and rivers (which is also not clean).
We ask for your support in our initiative to solve this ongoing problem.
Below is a summary of how your donation will be used:
Kiosk building material & Construction
Water supply material & Connection
Students & Teachers Training
Kiosk Monitoring & Evaluation
Full time Volunteers
