<div>If you can turn on a tap to brush your teeth or fill up a glass of water to drink, you are privileged. Clean drinking water is a basic human right, however not everyone has access to it. The world’s water crisis is huge. The United Nations report shows that around 2 billion people worldwide lack access to safe drinking water, that is 1 in 4 people! In South East Asia alone research suggests that 110 million people are facing water insecurity.

<div>The opportunity to contribute to solving the world’s water crisis in an easy yet impactful way. Clean water for everyone whilst on an incredible journey! W.A.T.A &amp; Waves 4 Water have teamed up with Sawyer who has created an easy yet powerful portable filtration system.

<div>The project is simple and exciting. Cycling across the world to raise money, purchase filters, connect with local communities/schools in need, provide the education and tools to people so they can have access to clean drinking water, all while embracing and learning about their culture. We would like to raise enough money for at least 50 filters to make a considerable difference. However we will be incredibly happy to contribute and impact as many people as possible! The filters are easy to implement- only requiring a bucket and the filter to assist in filtration of dirty water.
