Water And First Aid

My name is Davar, I'm 18 years old and Live in Houston Texas, I have been driving around Houston for the past couple of days helping families and animals. This money would go towards water for families that have been stranded for a while , first aid for animals and for people who have been injured by debris , and gas so that I can tow people out from high water, and drive to various locations to help people out. All excess funds will be donated to the Red Cross relief program to help further aiding the recovery process in Houston
