<div>Mijn naam is Ilona, ik ben 31 jaar en trotse mama van twee geweldige jongens van 7 jaar en bijna 2 jaar oud.

<div>Vijf weken geleden kreeg ik nieuws dat mijn hele wereld stil liet staan. De woorden die niemand ooit wil horen: ik heb een agressieve vorm van borstkanker. In mijn linkerborst zijn twee tumoren gevonden. Op dat moment voelde het letterlijk alsof de grond onder mijn voeten vandaan werd getrokken.

<div>Sindsdien staat mijn leven volledig in het teken van onderzoeken, onzekerheid en zware behandelingen die nog gaan komen. Ik moet gaan starten met chemotherapie, en dat betekent dat ik mijn haar zal verliezen.

<div>daarna volgt er een operatie , bestraling en er bestaat een grote kans dat ik nog een keer chemo moet via pillen .

<div>Misschien lijkt dat voor sommigen iets kleins in vergelijking met alles wat er gebeurt. Maar voor mij voelt het als het verliezen van een stukje van mezelf.

<div>Mijn uiterlijk en hoe ik me voel als ik naar buiten ga zijn altijd belangrijk voor me geweest. Niet uit ijdelheid, maar omdat het mij zelfvertrouwen geeft. Omdat het mij helpt om mezelf te blijven.

<div>Ik wil me niet verstoppen. Ik wil me niet opsluiten in huis.

<div>Ik wil nog steeds met mijn kinderen naar buiten kunnen, met ze lachen, spelen en herinneringen maken. Ik wil sterk zijn voor hen. En ik wil mezelf in de spiegel kunnen aankijken en nog steeds een beetje Ilona herkennen.

<div>Een mooie, natuurlijke pruik zou mij daar enorm bij helpen. Helaas zijn de beste en meest realistische pruiken erg duur en worden ze maar gedeeltelijk vergoed

<div>ik ben een alleenstaande moeder en de kosten lopen hoog op, vervoer naar het ziekenhuis , vervoer kinderen naar school/vang

<div>opvang voor de kinderen buiten schooltijd en voor de jongste elke dag.

<div>alle ongedekte kosten lopen erg op dus alle kleine beetjes helpen.

<div>Het voelt kwetsbaar om dit te vragen, maar ik probeer alle kracht die ik heb te bewaren voor mijn behandeling en voor mijn kinderen.
