WashU Hip Hop Union Competition Fee

We are Washington University's Hip Hop Union (WUHHU) and we need your help to make our dream of the year come true!
WUHHU spends countless hours a week, all year round, to prepare for the Prelude Midwest Dance Competition in Chicago that happens in April of every year. We've been planning for this competition since September of 2017 but, unfortunately, the WashU student union is unable to subsidize the cost of the trip. Without these funds, our organization is currently unable to pay the fee, but we desperately want our hard work to be celebrated on a competition stage with fellow teams from all around the midwest. We need your help to make this competition possible for us! Even the smallest donation can help reduce the individual cost for our dancers and get us one step closer to performing on the prestigious stage Prelude provides.
The 4200 dollars is combination of registration fees, housing accommodations, travel costs, and costume costs. Our student union, in the past, has been able to subsidize these costs but due to unfortunate circumstances, they are unable to this year.
If you've ever seen WUHHU perform, you know how hard we work to make these dances possible. Our team, our family, has put in so much time and energy from the minute we arrived on campus back in September. It would mean the world to us if you can help us get to Chicago.
