<div>Hi Everyone, My name is Warren and on the 1st June I will be taking part in a White Collar boxing match to raise money for Men's Minds Matter by Live Great Adventures a local charity that has helped me and many others.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is a big challenge for me, I have never boxed in my life and normally avoid confrontation. I am pushing myself to my limits and way out of my comfort zone to help raise awareness for mental health and raise money so people like me have more support and people to turn to for help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>WHY AM I DOING THIS?</strong>
</div>
<div>As someone who has struggled with mental health issues in the past Men's Minds Matter has helped me to understand more about myself and supported me through highs and lows. Without them I wouldn’t have sought help and got a diagnosis of adult ADHD.
</div>
<div>Men's Minds Matter is a safe space for men to go and talk and not be judged. Whether you are struggling with a mental health condition, poor mental health, bereavement, suicidal thoughts, alcohol and drug addiction or you just want to let off some steam, Men's Minds Matter can support you. I have seen the good Men's Minds Matter does for myself and others.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please donate what you can to help Men's Minds Matter and Live Great Adventures grow and reach more people who need support. I would not be where I am today without them and I know there will be so many more people like me who could benefit from this charity.
