Help Ward win over Osteosarcoma

As many may know, Ward was diagnosed with a bone cancer that is very aggressive..osteosarcoma. it started with a bump on his knee about February 2017. He had several tests performed and a biopsy surgery in May confirmed it was cancer in his left tibia. He had a port placed in his chest and began his chemo treatment in July. He is almost finished with his first round of 10 week chemotherapy treatment. Surgery to fully replaced his knee is schedule for late October . He will then go through another 10 weeks of chemo. At this point the cancer has been isolated to his left leg, but the University of Tennessee hospital has been keeping a close eye on him. He has had to stay several nights at the hospital and we anticipate there will be many more.

As you can imagine, the cost of his chemotherapy treatment alone is going to be very expensive. The many overnights compounded by missing work have began to put Ward in a bad financial situation. If you know Ward, you know what a wonderful person he is. He has a huge heart and would help anyone in need, with no expectation of anything in return. Now he needs your help. Please help ward with these huge medical expenses, and take some of the worry off him. He does not need to be concerned with the cost of his treatment and recovery , only on his recovery itself.

Ward is a member of Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church, a 2014 graduate of Cosby High School, and is a deputy with the Cocke County Sheriff's Department. He is also an avid outdoorsman, and musician. Ward recently got engaged to his sweetheart Mychal McMahan. Please help and keep him in your prayers.
