Thank you for checking out my gofundme, Just a small background about myself, I have an extensive background in the business of music and production, over 15 plus years. I currently DJ club events, private parties and I have my own marketing and management company, NVizion LLC. Over the last 8 years I have worked within the community, currently serving as the Admissions Coordinator for a Residential Psychiatric Facility for young men. I live in the city of Waynesboro and recently came across this property. I instantly had visions of turning this damaged property into a Music and Art Center for the community and surrounding areas called “The NVizion Center”. I want to provide resources and outlets to young people in our community to explore music, film, photography and art. The NVizion Center would help bridge the gap between dreams and obtainable goals. The property values at $60,00 and that’s ALL I WANT YOUR HELP WITH. Of course we will need at least an additional $200,000 bare minimum to renovate this building top to bottom, but we will cross that bridge when it comes. Every Donation counts, I’m looking for investors, volunteers, general contractors, realtors, bankers, electricians, plumbers, engineers, pretty much any and everyone who can help. I completely understand the need for a community creative safe zone such as “The NVizion Center”. Just think, a place where kids and all people can learn music production, film production, song writing, podcasting, video editing and so much more! Help me complete this vision.
