Jr National Leaders Conference

Walter was nominated by his teacher to participate in the Jr National Leaders Conference in Washington, DC due to his Leadership ability. Walter is active in his church by participating in Youth Groups and performing alter serving duties almost every week. He is also heavily involved with the Boy Scouts of America and serves in leadership capacities there. At school Walter has been on the A, B honor roll multiple times. As well as yearbook committee where he serves as a layout editor. Walter is involved with the Battle of the Books his team took second place in the school district this year with one point separating first and second place. Any contribution made to this fund will assist in paying for this trip. The tuition is $2295, plus we would like to send him with some spending money.  If  we surpass the goal any additional funds will be sent to a 529 college savings plan in his name. 

The dates are 28 July to 2 Aug. 2018
