Walter's Symphonic Band Experience in Disney!

Walter's 8th grade Advanced Fine Arts class is going to Disneyland to participate in a workshop and Disneyland/CA Adventure this February. He is in Symphonic Band and is getting this opportunity with a few other Fine Arts classes in his middle school.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime for these kids to participate in a workshop with professionals in the performing and fine arts. Under the guidance of entertainment professionals who work with professional musicians, actors, artists and dancers, WALTER and his peers will develop fundamentals, reinforce performance concepts and fine‐tune techniques with a hands-on session.
Band students experience the excitement of a working recording studio, where professional clinicians present sight-reading techniques, performance concepts, and the entire process for laying down music tracks. Taught by industry composers, arrangers, conductors, or studio musicians, the 90-minute workshop culminates with a reveal of the students’ hard work - a screening of their recorded score, set to the original Disney film footage!
I am chaperoning and will get to watch and learn from this experience as well. After the workshops, the kids will be "let loose" to have some Disney fun:)
