Walter C. Hallett's final expenses

On Monday, July 3, our brother Walter Carey (Walt to many)  Hallett was admitted to Aime Hospice Care for the final leg of his journey.  He continues to fight.  3 years ago he was diagnosed with throat cancer, which he fought hard and beat.   This January a new tumor was found under his left clavicle, which led to a battle he could not win.   Carey has been on disability and medicare since his first bout, and uncovered espenses have continued to rise.   Money raised from this campaign will be used to pay for his final expenses, credit cards used for expensive medicines, hospital bed, and travel expenses for certain family members.   A portion of the funds raised will be used to help his beloved fiance Delorice Parker settle in to a new apartment in the future.   Carey and Delorice were living in Tyler, TX when he became ill, and since then they have both been living here in Shreveport with our Mom.  Delorice has been devoted to Carey through this whole time and has spent more time sleeping in uncomfortable places than I care to think about  Our family pledges that any un-needed funds raised will go to help a local family who is going through the same situation.  Thank you from the whole Hallett family and Delorice Parker.
