<div>As you will already be aware Adam was diagnosed with an incurable cancer back in June this year at the age of 36. He was incredibly determined and fought his way through this unimaginable journey. He never gave up even in the darkest times, we are all so incredibly proud of him.
</div>

<div>Adam leaves behind his 3 beautiful children, Theo age 8, Louis age 6 and Brody age 2. He also leaves behind his devoting wife Liz who has stood by him holding his hand all the way through.
</div>

<div>Life without Adam moving forward is unimaginable but we are determined to carry on with his legacy and match the fighting attitude he had through this whole journey by making lasting memories.
</div>

<div>Adam always spoke so highly of Leeds supporters and he would always read every single message that was sent his way. He would always say ‘Leeds fans are bloody nuts’ and let out a laugh as he said it. You all really did help carry him through this horrible time and as a family we are deeply thankful.
