JCC Wall of Honor - Sam Medwetsky

Donation protected
The photo above is a picture Sam shared on Facebook after visiting Pittsford at the beginning of 2015.  He captioned it as "It's Good to be home".

Sammy moved to Maryland after high school, but he always kept Pittsford in his heart as "home".  One of his go-to spots in Pittsford was the Jewish Community Center.  Sam loved exercise and you could find him at the JCC playing basketball, lifting, swimming, you name it.

We would like to raise $2,500 to donate to the JCC in Sam's name so that he can be remembered on the "Wall of Honor", and so we can support something we know he cared about.

We would like to engrave the following message:

Sam Medwetsky
Always in Our Hearts
01/03/1993 - 11/20/2017

All donors names will be noted and sent to the Medwetsky family along with a certificate of the donation and pictures of the engravement.

If we do not hit the $2,500 goal, we can make a lesser donation of $500 or more for an engraved brick on the entranceway.  All money donated will go towards the construction of new facilities at the JCC.

Sam always kept his friends close to his heart and Sam will always live on in our hearts. Leaving a donation to the JCC will support a place dear to Sam, and allow us to leave a small memorial in his honor.
