Our wonderful neighbors, a retired firefighter and policewoman, are being harassed and now sued in court by a community organization over the height of the wall around their property!
This is an arbitrary act of singling out one family.
There are dozens of existing walls that are of similar height, but those families are being spared litigation because they are friendly with the leaders of the neighborhood organization. We as a community are under attack!
The owners of the home being targeted are facing severe financial impact, as they have already spent over $6,000 to defend themselves against this frivilous lawsuit.
This organization says that they have $70,000, and has boasted that they will be happy to bankrupt them.
This is tyranny!
