Hey there friends and family!

Y'all know how much Carissa and I love Gus. To keep us all healthy, Carissa and I focus on getting our steps together as a family. Our favorite walk is to the fountain at Balboa Park.

If I can spend time with our pup while giving back to the American Cancer Society, I'm all for it. Cancer has impacted my family, and to be honest, it's unimaginably hard. That said, nothing gives me more peace than taking a walk with Gus, and those moments help me reflect on those I know that have been impacted by cancer, and my love for them. We often take our furry friends for granted and how healing their presence can be for us.
