Walking Humber Bridge in aid of Lindsay Lodge

As some of you are aware, 7 months ago I was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer with metastasis in the lymph nodes and spine. After months of treatment I was given the news that it hadn’t worked and there was nothing more available to me.

As you can imagine me, Kel and Shane are devastated but I will continue to fight this as my biggest fear is leaving my kids without parents due to being widowed 15 years ago.

The support from Lindsey Lodge and the NHS have been amazing and I can not thank them enough. Me and my family want to raise money by walking the Humber Bridge, I know this may not seem like a big challenge to most but with only half a lung working it feels like a bl***y marathon!!!

We plan on walking rain or shine on the 16th of July at 6pm leaving Scunthorpe side! Anyone who wishes to join are more than welcome to help to support this cause.
