The Walking Therapist - 90 - 100 miles split over 4 days - 3rd-6th April 2020. WALK, TALK & SUPPORT - The Walking Therapist. Do you want to join us in making a difference this year? We are raising funds for MindFixers, Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team and Pavillions who provide an amazing service for those that need it most. All donations will help make a huge impact on those that suffer the effects of poor mental health. See last years campaign at www.gofundme.com/the-walking-therapist For the second year, expert therapist/ coach and author Steve McKeown, Musician Charlie Stanley and MindFixers co-founder Gavin Williamson and few celebs are walking from starting point Eastbourne whilst stopping at Brighton and Littlehampton and Petersfield, finishing in Winchester (3-6 April 2020) whilst inviting people to talk about their mental health struggles and issues along the way. This will be no ordinary walk as Steve and his team will be inviting the public and celebrities to walk and talk about their own mental health issues providing therapy and support along the way making it available for those that need it most and for as far as their feet will take them, #walkandtalkcampaign #walkwithme #talkwithme. Steve says "Our primary aim is to help remove the stigma associated with mental health and talking about it. Nobody should ever feel alone and isolated. We both feel that fundraising for MindFixers (Socially inclusive therapy), Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team (suicide prevention) and Pavilions (Drug and alcohol support) is the best place start".
