<div>This year’s Linda Norgrove Foundation (LNF) 10K walk takes place on Saturday, 4th October, with the main event happening in the Western Isles. Since I can’t be there in person, I’ll be walking 10K in Glasgow on the same day—and I’d love for others to join me.
</div>
<div>The situation in Afghanistan remains incredibly difficult, with many families struggling for safety, education, and basic needs. LNF continues to deliver small but meaningful support where it’s needed most, and I want to do my part to help.
