On Tuesday 25th May, we will be setting off on a three day trek walking from Bendigo to Melbourne (160KM) to help raise awareness for Mental Health.




<div>This is something very close to our hearts having lost friends and family members to this terrible illness and seeing people continue to battle with this illness everyday.

It is our mission to encourage and empower people to be able to speak out and get the help they need. All proceeds we raise will be shared between two charities -  SPAN (Suicide Prevention Awareness Network) &amp; Let's Chat - Mental Self Awareness.  The money we raise will be directed towards the following - SPAN: "SPAN are grateful for the donation which will go towards Information Pocket cards we are currently working to produce with Headspace and local Secondary Schools. It was also go towards funding for a support group for family and friends of young people accessing services in conjunction with Headspace." Let's Chat:  "The money raised for Let’s Chat will go towards buying a soup/coffee/food truck that we can tour around the region and spread the message on breaking down the stigma of Mental Health" Any donations would be greatly appreciated and go a long way in helping us reach our end goal.
