Big Walk for Shelter

I'm doing the Big Walk for Shelter on 7th December with a few of my work mates. I'm walking about 20k from Corfe to Chapmans Pool and although it will be a bloody chilly one, it's nothing compared to the worries others have who benefit from this charity.
It would be lovely to raise a few quid for them but I appreciate it's near Christmas, but any little will help. Although 2020 has been a crappy year for most of us, we must be grateful for what we have as there are people out there who aren't so lucky. The pandemic has only exacerbated homelessness in the UK.
3 main reasons why I am doing this are:
*Before the pandemic, over 4,000 people slept on the streets in England
*Over 90,000 households live in temporary accommodation in England– with no permanent home
*At the start of the pandemic, a household in England became homeless every 4 minutes
In addition Shelter is a great charity that raises money in aid of Shelter, National Campaign for Homeless People Limited and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me!
