<div>Three out of four people who take their own lives are men (75%). Suicide is the biggest cause of death for men under 50 in England and Wales. Walk Florrie is tackling this crisis by breaking down stigma, reducing isolation, and opening up life-saving conversations through the simple act of walking.

<div>On 9–10 October 2025, we are taking on a 24-hour Walkathon to raise vital funds for our work. Groups will leave The Florrie every four hours, walking through the day and night until we finish on World Mental Health Day.

</div>
<div>But you don’t need to walk with us to make a difference — you can support right here by donating today.

</div>
<div>Why your donation matters
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>£100 funds four hours of professional therapy
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>£50 buys walking shoes or boots for someone who might not otherwise take part
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>£20 provides a two-week emergency food package
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every mile counts. Every step matters. Every donation helps us support men when they need it most.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We all know someone affected by men’s mental health. This October, let’s walk for them — and with your help, we can change lives.

<div>Please donate and share this page to spread the word. Thank you.
