Walk across Sintra
Donation protected
Next Summer I will be travelling to Borneo for 3 weeks with some other students from school to help spread awareness of the massive deforestation going on there and also to aid some of the local rural communities as part of the Kudat project.
To raise money for our expedition, in January my friend Francisco and I will be trekking cross-country through Sintra National Park, a distance of about 15km from Malveira de Serra to Colares.
I would really appreciate any donations and support as this is a massively worthwhile cause. Deforestation due to demand for palm oil has been having a huge impact on Borneo and its wildlife and is a topic I care a lot about as Borneo is considered the world's second oldest rainforest and yet has been reduced enormously since the 1960s.
Thank you,
William
