<div>I walked over 300 miles in November to help people affected by disasters big and small, whenever and wherever they occur across the country.

<div>As a long-time supporter of the Red Cross, I've donated 91 pints of whole blood over the last few decades.

<div>I participated in three 5Ks this month that helped add to my step count:
</div>
<div>&gt; Saturday, November 8th to benefit St. Patrick Center (stpatrickcenter.org)
</div>
<div>&gt; Saturday, November 15th to benefit the Kaufman Fund (thekaufmanfund.org)
</div>
<div>&gt; Thanksgiving Day, November 27th Fun Run (more like stumble for me)
</div>

<div>The American Red Cross is a US-registered 501(c)(3), so give with confidence! Please consider making a donation, because every little bit helps. Thank you for your support!
